The Museum (Dolskaya Street, 1, "Tsaritsyno" or "Orekhovo" Metro stations, tel.: 321-07-43, open from 11.00 to 18.00; Wednesdays, Sundays - from 10.00 to 17.00, except Mondays, Tuesdays) displays the ancient furniture and ceramics, and fine collection of the modern paintings.

    The Patriotic war of 1812, or "Russian Campaign of Napoleon" occupies one of the most significant places in the century-old, dramatic history of Russia. That war became the beginning of the end of the Napoleon Empire; Napoleon's Grand Army was completely destroyed in Russia. Currently, Museum-Panorama "The Borodino Battle" is the only Moscow Museum with exposition telling about the military campaign of 1812. (More information...)

    The state Memorial Scriabin Museum - one of the most unique museums of the world - is situated in Vakhtangov street 11, where the great composer of Russia used to live last three gears of his life.
